Screen printing is the most inexpensive technique for textile printing, and one of the oldest.
It is the best choice for mid and large numbers of affordable custom t-shirts such as for advertising, promotions, college parties, music bands, or simply a tight-knit group of friends.
In screen printing there is no colour gradients: you have ink or you have not (there are some tricks to simulate them, but they are for expert designers). Send us a flat black and white image, preferably in vector format.
Avoid lines, texts or small details as they will not be reproduced aptly using this technique. Send your files in vector format as .png file separated in layers.
If you don’t follow these tips we will automatically turn your image into a greyscale image with the best results we can, but it may not be what you are looking for.
It is very easy to create your personalised T-shirts on the Qustommize platform. We offer a 297x420 mm (A3) maximum stamping area, a very large for most of designs. Think about it when adjusting your design, for a normal t-shirt you only have to fill a half of the total size.

The space of the desing in the t-shirt depends on the size, the result obtained from the online creation tool will always be approximate.
We use standard European sizing t-shirts. We advise you to check the measurements in the chart with a reference garment.
It is important that you take notice of our production and delivery times for T-shirts. They start counting from the date when we receive the final art and the payment.
We will always try to tailor our delivery and production schedule to your needs, but sometimes that´s just not possible.
Your designs are printed on t-shirts with the traditional screen printing technique. Each ink is a solid colour, and they are printed in layers.
This technique gives very good results as long as the design is properly made. It is a high quality printing that feels nice to the touch but it feels slightly raised, especially when it is done on dark clothes with a large number of inks.
We heat cure the t-shirts to guarantee high durability. We advise to wash inside out and at 40ºC or less. If you take care of them your t-shirts will last for a long time.
We use 150 g/m2 100% cotton t-shirts.
