Can I order samples?
We can send you up to three generic product samples free of charge. Click HERE to complete the request form. Please note that these samples are not customizable. If you would like samples with your designs, you must place an order with the minimum quantity required. Please note that we do not send free samples of T-shirts, mugs, stamps or USB sticks.
If you need more samples, you can purchase a specific sample pack.
What is the metal finishing available in some products?
Printing is done directly on the metal. As a result white areas of your design will look metallic, while clearer colours will become dull. We recommend this finish for black and white designs.
What is the difference between buttons with magnet for clothes and metallic magnets?
Buttons with magnet for clothes have a very powerful magnet to put on the inside of your clothes, so the back of the button (flat and metallic) stays attached. Alternatively they can simply be used as regular magnets.
Metallic magnets are not for clothes, but instead are designed to be placed on metallic objects.
What is the difference between metallic, flexible and domed magnets?
Metallic magnets are like buttons, made with a non-flexible magnet, but its back side is a magnet instead of another fastening system.
Flexible magnets are made out of a thin and adaptable magnetic sheet.
Domed magnets are flexible magnets with an extra epoxy layer for premium finishing; they are thicker, more resistant and have more substance.
What is the difference between vinyl stickers and paper stickers?
Vinyl stickers are plastic stickers (PVC) with high quality and durability. They can be laminated for super-durability. Those stickers can be washed without causing scratches or ink fade. Paper stickers do not resist rain or sunlight for a long time, but they are much more affordable!
What is the difference between buttons with safety pin, buttons with clip and buttons with magnet for clothes?
Buttons with safety pin have a metal safety pin for piercing clothes, buttons with clip can conveniently be attached to pockets or lapels and buttons with magnets for clothes come with a very strong magnet that you can put on the inside of your clothes, so the back of the button (flat and metallic) stays attached on the outside.

How do you deliver custom-cut stickers?
We offer two options for the delivery of custom-cut stickers:
By default, if the cut is a bit intricate, we deliver the stickers with this second option, but you are free to choose either. The price remains the same.
Which option is best for an event, badges with a pin or clip-on badges?
Clip-on badges are only suitable for lapels or pockets; they are just as comfortable but less functional. In addition, you must take into account the placement of the clip (horizontal or vertical), so it’s suitable.
The advantage is that they do not puncture clothing, and are safe for children.
How are the stickers delivered, loose or in sheets?
By default, all stickers come loose, one by one. If you prefer, they can be produced and shipped in pre-cut sheets, at no extra cost.
Can I order custom sizes?
On the website, you can choose custom sizes for some of our products, such as stickers, flexible magnets and resin labels. When this option is available, simply insert the dimensions (in mm) in the ‘Custom’ box below.
Can I order as many products as I want, or do I have to stick to the default options?
On each product page, we present several commonly used quantities by default. You can select one of these quantities by clicking on it, or simply enter the exact quantity you need in the corresponding field.
However, in the cart, you have the option to edit the total quantities, add or remove designs, and the unit price will be automatically adjusted in real time.
How do I place text on the back of premium magnets?
To add text on the back of the premium metallic magnets, you must use our templates and position the text starting from the black line (B), which delineates the front of the design. Keep in mind that the text shouldn't be too large to avoid being cut off. As a reference, we recommend using a font size of 10 pt, using basic fonts such as Arial.
What is the thickness of premium magnets?
The overall thickness of the finished product is 3.1 mm.
What is the difference between the different types of magnets?
Metal magnets are rigid and are mounted on a metal sheet protected with plastic. They are approximately 3 mm thick, although there may be slight variations between different models. Premium magnets have straight edges and are extra rigid, making them popular for souvenirs. Magnet bottle openers have a neodymium magnet, which provides strong holding power.
Flexible magnets consist of a 0.7 mm thick flexible sheet with a print mounted and protected by glossy or matte plastic. They are suitable for indoor use and can hold one or two sheets of paper on a metal surface.
Resin-coated magnets are composed of a 0.7 mm thick flexible sheet with a vinyl print mounted and coated with polyurethane resin, which adds approximately 2 mm thickness. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor use due to their high strength. They can hold a couple of sheets of paper.
Can I see the prices online?
In our online store, all prices are clearly displayed for your convenience. Browse our products at any time and discover the final prices. Simply select the item you wish to customize and choose its features to immediately see a table with unit and total prices based on quantities. If you need a specific quantity, simply enter the desired value in the ‘Enter a quantity’ field. Remember, we offer volume discounts, so the more you buy, the lower the unit prices. Make your purchase easily and transparently!

Do I have to pay taxes?
The price of our products already includes taxes. For individual orders, the applicable VAT will be based on the country from which the purchase is made.
Companies registered in the ROI (Register of Intra-Community Operators), which appear in the VIES register, are exempt from paying taxes, as well as all customers (of any type) in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Our system automatically calculates the taxes when you enter your details. Please make sure you enter your VAT number without the country code, dashes or spaces. For example: B24614539.
How do I upload designs for each product?
When you have added all the products you want to purchase and customize, or just feel inspired to start getting creative, simply click on the cart icon (located in the upper right corner) and then select ‘Customize’.
You will be taken to the cart area with the ‘Products & Designs’ overview, where you can upload your previously prepared designs or create them directly in our powerful online tool. Here you can add additional designs for each product, specify the desired quantity for each one, and edit, duplicate or delete designs according to your preference.
For most of our products, there are two possibilities to upload your designs:
It’s important to keep in mind that each product in Qustommize consists of a combination of a base item and its specific characteristics (size, finish, colour, etc.). For example, if you buy glossy laminated stickers and matte laminated stickers, they will be considered as two different products in your cart.
Using the customisation tool
After clicking on the cart and then on ‘Customise’, you will be taken to the cart area with the ‘Products and designs’ summary. Find the product you want to customise and click on ‘Create your design online’ to use our customisation tool. If you have already created your design, you will see the option ‘Edit design’.
Our customisation tool is comprehensive and user-friendly. We have prepared a separate tutorial that you can consult on this page to take full advantage of all its features.
Supported file formats
In our customisation tool, you can work with a wide range of graphic formats, such as PG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI, SVG, and even edit vector files.
For uploading prepared files, we accept JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, and AI formats. If you upload a vector file, remember to embed images, outline text, and avoid using overprinting to prevent issues.
I have chosen one way to upload my files (direct upload or customisation tool) and I want to switch to the other.
Simply delete that design and create another one by choosing the correct option.
If you only have one design for the product, first create a new design by clicking on ‘Add an extra design for this product’, to avoid the product disappearing from the cart.
Can I make more than one design per product?
For each order of products with the same characteristics, you can include up to ten different designs without additional charges to the unit price for the total quantity.
The minimum order for each product is based on the total number of designs, not on each individual design. For example, if a product has a minimum order of 10 units, you can buy 10 units and customise them with any number of designs you prefer.
This policy applies to most of our products, although there are some exceptions. For products with custom shapes and screen-printed products (such as screen-printed t-shirts and some one-colour printed items), designs cannot be combined. In these cases, you will need to place a separate order for each design you want.
Do you need more than ten different designs for the same product?
If you require more than ten designs within a product with the same features, you don't have to worry about doing anything special. The page will inform you when you have exceeded the limit of free designs and will apply a one-time charge of €2 for each additional design, taxes included.
For example, if you need eleven designs, you will still enjoy the full unit price and only pay a surcharge of €2, since you have only exceeded the free limit by one design.
This charge covers additional server resources used to handle multiple designs and compensates for the extra time required in the production of an order with numerous designs.
I made a mistake in my design, can I edit the design?
Log in to your user account and check the status of your order. If it’s already ‘in production’, it’s not possible to make changes. However, you can try contacting us by email; if the actual production has not started, we may unlock this area for you to upload a new design or edit the one you already have.

Why create a user account?
Creating a user account is as easy as A-B-C. You can do it before buying or in the middle of the purchasing process.
Once you have your account set up you can manage your delivery addresses, personal information, and billing information. In order history you can review the orders made through your account, repeat them (completely or partially) or download past invoices.
Methods of payment
You can pay by credit card, Klarna, PayPal, or bank transfer. None of these methods incur any additional charges.
For express orders, we recommend using a credit card, Klarna or PayPal, as manufacturing begins immediately.
If you opt for a bank transfer, we will provide you with our bank details. Once payment is completed, please send the proof of payment to our email along with your order number. Your order will commence manufacturing as soon as we receive this notification and attachment. Please note that the days between placing an order and making the payment are not included in the delivery time.
I want to pay my order when I receive it, is that possible?
Unfortunately, this form of payment is not available at the moment.
When will I receive my order?
Production times are very important for customised products, as they are made specifically for you. Please consider these estimated times, as they are not contractual, although we strive to meet them.
On the product page, we will show you an estimated date of delivery (with standard and express delivery if available), weekends and holidays are not counted. This estimate works for Paypal and card payments. If you choose “wire transfer” your order will be postponed until the receipt of proof of payment. Keep in mind that we are not responsible if the delivery fails for such reasons as: not being able to find you, delivery company mistakes or force majeure.
Is it possible to place an order for a destination other than those listed on the website?
No, currently we only ship orders to the countries listed on our website, all of which are within the EU.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the delivery address. Please contact us via email with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.
What happens if nobody picks up the order at delivery address?
If it was sent via courier, they will try to deliver it again up to two more times. If they still can not deliver the parcel, it will be deposited in a “Parcel depot." A notice should be left at your address notifying you of this. If you do not pick it up after a certain period, it will be sent back to Qustommize and you will have to pay for a second delivery if you want us to dispatch it again.
Can I track my order?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the courier company information, tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is an estimate based on normal transit and may vary. If there are any changes, you will receive a notification from the courier company.
