Our “Samples assortment box” is a pack of finished items including at least one size and finishing of each of the following products: personalised pin buttons, personalised clip buttons, personalised buttons with magnet for clothing, personalised magnets, personalised flexible magnets, personalised domed magnets, personalised stickers, personalised mirrors, personalised bottle-openers, personalised key rings, personalised dome labels, personalised lapel pins...

Neither the boxes nor the items have our logo on them. It is a great way to demonstrate the power of personalised products to your customers. Sample items can not be customised and you are not able to choose them.

You can buy the box from HERE. Its cost will be subsequently discounted in full if you make a purchase over €75 + VAT, or partially if the orders do not reach that amount.

The shipping cost is always visible on the top right-hand side of our website. If you are in a special destination, we recommend checking the production times and destinations page for specific information.

The deadlines indicated on the website are estimates and not contractual, however, they are part of a commitment on our part to provide the best possible service. Except for cases of force majeure (such as issues with printing equipment, which are personally communicated), orders are dispatched to meet these timelines.

 Likewise, the rate of successful deliveries of our chosen couriers is very high, although occasional issues beyond our control can occur, such as the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery or errors in the shipping address.

 To avoid delays, we always recommend allowing extra days or selecting our express production option, which speeds up production by two business days.

That said, it’s important to note that we consistently meet delivery deadlines.

We can send you up to three generic product samples free of charge. Click HERE to complete the request form. Please note that these samples are not customizable. If you would like samples with your designs, you must place an order with the minimum quantity required. Please note that we do not send free samples of T-shirts, mugs, stamps or USB sticks.
