Once you add your chosen item to the cart you can click on “create your design” to open our online creation tool and start to personalise your items. You can also go back to shopping and use the tool after you are done with your full order. Whenever you wish, click on the shopping cart icon (top right area on the screen), and you will be redirected to the designs area. Here you can add as many designs as you want and the quantity of each. You can edit, delete or duplicate your designs to your heart's content.
With this tool you will be able to change background colour, insert and format text, upload your own pictures (.png and .jpg only), use our pre-designed icons and make basic changes of size, colour and scale.
If your design is made with other software, you should export to .png or .jpg in order to be able to import it to the tool.
For our professional customers, or the most skilled individuals, we recommend downloading our templates (available as .psd, .eps and .pdf) to take more control over your designs. Follow the instructions to prepare your design and then upload it to the online creation tool.
Ideally, the images you upload should be 300 ppi resolution, and at least as big as the final size you want. With our system you can make them a little bigger, but the tool will warn you that you are likely to lose image quality (your design can be pixelated).
Colour can be added in CMYK or RGB. If you send it as RGB, we will automatically convert it into CMYK (printing mode), so brighter colours can be modified. You may notice your CMYK files look slightly different than in a graphic design program. This is a preview problem and happens because browsers work under RGB. It will, therefore, not affect the final result. We do not print PANTONE colours.
