Production times

Production times are very important for personalised products, as these are manufactured specifically for you and it is very common for them to be required by a set date.

On each product page, the system gives you an estimate of when you will receive the order based on its characteristics and quantity.

This information is expanded for the complete order in the cart section where you enter your data (“Purchasing process”), along with the costs linked to the different production and shipment options. If you are in a special shipment area (such as an island), we recommend that you enter your data to view the actual transport price for your area.

The estimated delivery date is valid for orders that are paid using immediate payment methods (card, PayPal). If you choose to pay for your order by “bank transfer” it will not go into production until we can see the payment in our account (or the proof of payment, whichever arrives first). At that time, the estimated delivery date will be updated. Please be aware that, occasionally, there can be delays in transit or delivery failures, so it is always best to add an additional day or two.

We reduce production times whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee anything less than the margins stated on the website. If you need the order very quickly, choose a production method and/or urgent delivery.

We send all our orders from León, Spain. If there are customs duties or procedures to fulfil, these are the responsibility of the client. The prices shown include tax.

  • What is the shipping cost?

    The shipping cost is always visible on the top right-hand side of our website. If you are in a special destination, we recommend checking the production times and destinations page for specific information.

  • Can I rely on delivery times?

    The deadlines indicated on the website are estimates and not contractual, however, they are part of a commitment on our part to provide the best possible service. Except for cases of force majeure (such as issues with printing equipment, which are personally communicated), orders are dispatched to meet these timelines.

     Likewise, the rate of successful deliveries of our chosen couriers is very high, although occasional issues beyond our control can occur, such as the customer being unavailable at the time of delivery or errors in the shipping address.

     To avoid delays, we always recommend allowing extra days or selecting our express production option, which speeds up production by two business days.

    That said, it’s important to note that we consistently meet delivery deadlines.

  • I need the order even faster

    Whenever possible, we strive to shorten delivery times, but we cannot guarantee a delivery time shorter than the estimated date. For those who need to receive their order more quickly, we offer an express production option. This service incurs a 25% surcharge on the base price, and advances the delivery by two business days.

  • Is it possible to place an order for a destination other than those listed on the website?

    No, currently we only ship orders to the countries listed on our website, all of which are within the EU.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    If the order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the delivery address. Please contact us via email with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

  • What happens if nobody picks up the order at delivery address?

    If it was sent via courier, they will try to deliver it again up to two more times. If they still can not deliver the parcel, it will be deposited in a “Parcel depot." A notice should be left at your address notifying you of this. If you do not pick it up after a certain period, it will be sent back to Qustommize and you will have to pay for a second delivery if you want us to dispatch it again.

  • Can I track my order?

    When we ship your order, you will receive an email with the courier company information, tracking number and estimated delivery date. Please note that this date is an estimate based on normal transit and may vary. If there are any changes, you will receive a notification from the courier company.
