Orders with Lots of Designs

At Qustommize, you can upload as many designs as you want directly from the shopping cart. The first ten are free, and from the eleventh onwards there is a surcharge of £2 for each extra design uploaded. This surcharge is processed automatically, and you don’t need to do anything.

Is there an alternative to uploading multiple designs at once for large orders?

Uploading files one by one for orders with many designs can be a bit tedious, and the price can skyrocket.

That’s why we offer an alternative to send us the files in bulk, as long as they’re preparing our templates or layouts.

In both cases, you need to add the desired number of product units to your cart, and then add the same number of units for the product ‘send designs in bulk’, selecting the corresponding option:

  • If your designs are prepared using our templates, choose the option ‘Files Prepared in Templates’, and add the same number of units as you have for your product. The surcharge for using this option is £0.48 per design, including tax.
  • If your designs are prepared using our printing sheets, choose the option ‘Files prepared in sheets’. The surcharge for using this option is £0.15 per design, including tax.

In both cases, you can upload all the designs or sheets together in a multipage PDF, using the ‘Upload your prepared files’ option on the products and designs page of the shopping cart. The number of designs uploaded must match the number of units purchased. If you need more than one unit of a design, simply duplicate it.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to send multiple unprepared designs. For those situations, you will have to use the web tool – and perhaps brew a lot of coffee!

Therefore, any order that arrives with a multipage PDF, and unprepared files, will have to be rejected.

How to Use Printing Sheets?

If you are going to send all your prepared files directly in our printing sheets, please download the corresponding sheet and follow these steps:

  • Place each design in a designated area. The ‘INTERIOR-DELETE’ layer has two circles. Make sure that no important elements of the design or text go beyond the innermost circle. The second circle defines the edge of the badge or bleed, depending on the products. Extend the bleed to the outer circle.
  • Once the sheet is filled, deactivate the ‘INTERIOR-DELETE’ layer and merge the layers.
  • Save each sheet as a PDF, and finally send a multipage PDF with as many pages as necessary (don’t worry if there are any blank spaces).
  • Important: do not move the ‘EXTERIOR-LEAVE’ layer, or change the aspect ratio or resolution of the document.

Download the available print sheets.

These are the print sheets you can use. This list will be updated, but if you need a sheet or format that is not listed here, just ask!
