With Custom shape vinyl stickers you make sure that your design makes more impact than ever. We cut your vinyl stickers following their external shape, adding a thin white edge so they stand out against any background. If the design has separate parts, it will be united into a single sticker on a white background.
If the design allows it (as in flat background designs), we will try to cut your sticker without any margin. In any case, we will send you a sample before manufacturing, even if you don’t ask for it. Please, check your e-mail to ensure your order turns out exactly as good as you’d imagined.
It is very easy to create your custom vinyl stickers on the Qustommize platform. Choose between product types on the menu on the right, write down the number of units and the price will update instantly (the more you order, the lower the price per unit). Press “Add to cart and customise” to start creating your vinyl stickers. You can create as many designs as you want using the online personalisation tool (from your pictures, logos and designs) or upload already finished designs.
Since this is a custom size and shape item, it is not possible to use our online creation tool. You will have to upload your design finished, with the adequate size and on 300ppi. Send us a vector file if possible with cutting line on a separate layer. If you have any doubt about the process, please let us know!
You can choose between three different finishes for this product, the choice is just a matter of taste!
Not laminated: Just the vinyl, with no additional cover layer. Finish is slightly bright.
Glossy laminated: the product is laminated with a glossy film that provides reflections and a very colourful appearance.
Matt laminated: the product is laminated with a matt film that removes the glare, leaving a more muted appearance.
It is important that you take notice of our production and delivery times for vinyl stickers. They start counting from the date when we receive the final art and the payment.
We will always try to tailor our delivery and production schedule to your needs, but sometimes that´s just not possible.
Your designs are printed on last generation eco-solvent plotters with CMYK inks, they are plasticized so that they remain protected and are carefully die cut in order to be well centred.
Personalised adhesives are printed on high quality polymeric vinyl and are prepared to last more than five years while withstanding the harshest weather conditions. All orders are manually inspected after production to ensure a high standard. Our secret is... there are no secrets!
